McGehee at DH, Gamel at third
On the advice of head athletic trainer Roger Caplinger, Brewers manager Ken Macha is giving Casey McGehee at least one more day to rest his sore right knee. McGehee, hitting .319 with 10 RBIs over his last 19 games, is still in the lineup as the designated hitter, so Mat Gamel, who served as Milwaukee’s DH in Cleveland, is playing third base.
Ryan Braun is also back in action. He exited Wednesday’s finale against the Indians because of lower back tightness, but declared Friday afternoon that the ailment was, “not an issue.”
Here are the lineups:

The whole Brewer team needs a big adjustment!! Starting out with Macha…. Look, the team is obviously is NOT going to the playoffs, so play the rookies…. give them batting time , playing time, what gives here??? I am a female fan and I can even figure this out…. McGhee is not all that and a bag of chips, neither is Braun or even Fielder…. they have their bad days too.,…. play the fresh new young hungry meat… if they do not play, how do you build their confidence???
