Hardy back in for Game 2 vs. Cards

It appears that 1-for-4 with an RBI was good enough for J.J. Hardy to earn a second straight start tonight. Or perhaps manager Ken Macha didn’t want to expose Alcides Escobar to excellent Cardinals pitcher Chris Carpenter.

Look out for the top of Milwaukee’s order tonight. Felipe Lopez is 7-for-19 against Carpenter with two homers and Frank Catalanotto is 5-for-12.

Felipe Lopez  2B
Frank Catalanotto  RF
Ryan Braun  LF
Prince Fielder  1B
Casey McGehee  3B
Mike Cameron  CF
Jason Kendall  C
J.J. Hardy  SS
Dave Bush  RHP
