The Kilar Family, whose story I
featured on Brewers.com about 10 days ago, is in the final hours of its bid for a grant from the Pepsi Refresh Project and needs some help. Only the top two proposals will win $250,000, and the Kilar’s project slipped into third today. Voting ends tomorrow.
The family is trying to raise the money for the Treyton Kilar Field of Dreams in Whitewater, Wis., in honor of their young son who was killed in an auto accident last year.
I hope Brewers fans will take a moment to vote today and tomorrow for this good cause. You can vote three times per day — once apiece via e-mail, text message and Facebook.

Please everyone make sure you vote today, it is our last day to vote for this amazing project. The Kilars are an awesome family.
Their little angel boy was one who touched many in his few years here on earth.
Please help us keep his memory alive and bring dreams to other children you live and breathe baseball like Treyton did. He loved baseball and more than he loved the Brewers.
Thank you to all who have voted because of this blog, we appreciate all the help you have given.
