It appears I didn’t miss much during my week away, in case you count bizarre medical maladies. I’m sure the Brewers will be much more concerned about snapping their six-game losing streak than about my return to the press box, so let’s get right down to business.
Brandon Boggs is back with the team after a brief hiatus to replace Nyjer Morgan, who is back on the disabled list with a fractured left middle finger. Boggs, who accepted his earlier outright assignment to Triple-A Nashville and then was immediately recalled, will be on the bench against the Cardinals tonight.
